How do you manage these situations?

 

1- A hypertension patient came for BP checking, reading is 160/100 mm Hg.

 

2- A patient is shouting at you telling ( I came first, how you are calling another patient who just came!)

 

3- A patient came with difficulty of breathing, not seen by doctor yet.

 

4- You got a patient with cut wound, may needs suturing.

 

5- A diabetic patient came without paper asking you to give insulin

 

6- You have many patients waiting which you can't control

 

7- A patient grumbling to you about one of the nurses

 

8- A patient came, his address is not related to your health center.
