آهـِآت Posted سبتمبر 7, 2009 Report Share Posted سبتمبر 7, 2009 المقادير: نصف كيلو بطاطا صغيرة مقشرة كوب لبن نصف كوب طحينة حبتين ليمون 2 فص ثوم نصف كوب ماء ملعقة صغيرة ملح الطريقة: - اسلقي البطاطا بماء مملح , ثم قطعيها . - ضعي البطاطا مع بقية المقادير في الخلاط الكهربائي حتى تهرس . - ضعي المتبل في الثلاجة مدة عشر دقائق ثم قدميها بعد تزينها حسب الرغبة .
