أم عون 2 Posted يونيو 8, 2006 Report Share Posted يونيو 8, 2006 [/size]اني طالبة في مقرر إنجليزي إعلام 2 عند الدكتورة هدى هذي بعض الدروس الي عطتنه إياها الأخلاقيا ت الصحفية يؤمن أعضاء جمعية الصحفيين بأن تنوير العامة هو دليل العدالة و أساس الديمقراطية. وواجب الصحفي هو الاستمرا في النظر إلى البحث عن الحقيقة و عرض الاحداث و القضايا بطريقة عادلة و شاملة. و الصحفيين المهنيين و المحترفين سواء كان من وسائل الإعلام أو من الاختصاصيين فإنه يسعى دائما لخدمة العامة بكل جهد و صدق ز و النزاهة المهنية هي حجر الأساس لمصاقية الصحفي. و يتشارك أعضاء الجمعية بالتزام بالسلوكيات الأخلاقية و تبني هذه الأعراف و القوانين لتوضيح مبادئ الجمعية و ممارساتها العملية. أولاً : السعي وراء الحقيقة و الإعلان أو الكتابة عنها يجب على الصحفيين الالتزام بالصدق و العدالة و الشجاعة في جمع و كتابة و تفسير المعلومات. يجب على الصحفي: 1- التدقيق في صحة المعلومات الواردة من جميع المصادر و توخي الحذر لتجنب الأخطاء الغير المتعمدة . و التحريف المتعمد غير مسموح به أبداً. 2- السعي الجاد للحصول على شخصيات القصص الإخبارية و إتاحة الفرصة لهم للرد على الإدعاءات التي تشين لهمز 3- تعريف المصادر كلما أمكن ذلك حيث يحق للعامة الحصول على أكبر قدر من المعلومات عن مصداقية المصدر. 4- معرفة دوافع المصدر دائما قبل إعطائه الوعود بعدم ذكر اسمه. يجب توضيح الظروف المرتبطة يأية وعود يتم إجراؤها لتبادل المعلومات . كما يجب الحفاظ على الوعود. 5- التأكد بأن العناوين الرئيسية و الأخبار المختصرة و المواد الترويجية و المواد السمعية و المرئية و الرسوم و المقابلات و مقتطفات الجمل لا تعطي انطباعا خاطئا حيث لا يجب التبسيط إلى حد يؤدي إلى سوء الفهم أو إلقاء الضوء على الحوادث خارج سياقها الصحيح. 6- عدم تحريف أو تشويه مضمون الصور الإخبارية أو المرئية علماً بأنه يسمح بتحسين لصر لتوصيحها من الناحية الفنية. كما يجب توضيح مضمون الأجزاء و الصور التي خضعت لعملية المونتاج و التعديل. 7- تجنب التضليل و التغيير في الأحداث أو الأخبار التي يتم إعادة تمثيلها. و إذا كان التمثيل ضروري لتوضيح القصة الإخبارية فيجب توضيح ذلك. 8- تجنب الأساليب المشبوهة أو غير الواضحة لجمع المعلومات إلا إذا كانت الطرق التقليدية الصريحة لن تبين المعلومات المهمة للعامة. و يجب توضيح السبب وراء استخدام هذه الاساليب كجزء من القصة. 9- عدم إنتحال آراء و كتابات أي شخص أبداً. 10- ذكر القصص و الأحداث المتعلقة باختلاف و عظم الخبرات البشرية المقدامة حتى و إن لم يكن من المتعارف عليه ذلك. 11- اختبار القيم الثقافية الخاصة به وتجنب فرض هذه القيم على الآخرين. 12- تجنب السرد و الكتابة أو التعميم حسب السلالة أو الجنس أو السن أو الدين أو العرق أو المنطقة الجغرافية أو المبدأ الجنسي أو الإعاقة أو المظهر الخارجي أو الحالة افلإجتماعية. 13- مساندة و تبادل الآراء وو جهات النظر حتى تلك التي يعارضونها أو لا يتفقون معها. 14- مساندة ودعم الأشخاص الذين ليس لديهم قدرة للتعبير عن آرائهم حيث إن مصدر المعلومات الرسمية و غير الرسمية يمكن أن تكون ذات قيمة متساوية. 15- التفريق بين الدفاع عن الأخبار و بين التغطية و الكتابة. و يجب أن يكون التحليل و التعليق واضحا و غير مضلل للحقائق أو السياق. 16- التفريق بين الدعاية و بين تجنب التهجين منعا لتشكيل الظلام و عدم الوضوح بين الاثنين. 17- تقدير الإلتزامات الخاصة للتأكد بأن بالأعمال المتعلقة بالعامة تجري في جو مفتوح و ان السجلات الحكومية متاحة للفحص و التدقيق. ثانيا: تقليل الضرر الصحفي الملتزم بأخلاقيات المهنة يتعامل مع مصادر الأخبار و الموضوعات و الزملاء على أسس انسانية تستحق الاحترام. يجب على الصحفي: 1- إبداء التعاطف نحو الأشخاص الذين يمكن أن يتأثرون بالتغطية الاخبارية. و استخدم المزيد من الحرص و التعاطف عند التعامل مع الأطفال و المصادر و المواضيع الغير مؤهلة. 2- التحلي بالتفهم و التعاطف عند إجراء المقابلات أو التقاط الصور للأشخاص المتضررين بالأحداث المأساوية أو الحزينة. 3- التفهم بأن جمع و تسجيل المعلومات قد يسبب الضرر و المضايقات. و إن ملاحقة الأخبار لا يبيح التكبر و الغطرسة. 4- التفهم بأن الأشخاص العاديين لهم المزيد من الحقوق حول السيطرة على المعلومات المتعلقة بهم أكثر من المسئولين و الأفراد الآخرين الذين يسعون للسلطة و القوة و الاهتمام. و في حالة أن تكون هناك قصة تمس مصلحة المجتمع يمكن للصحفي التدخل في الحياة الخاصة للأفراد. 5- إظهار الذوق المهني و المحترف و تجنب الانجذاب نحو الفضول الزائد و السيئ. 6- الحذر حول التشهير بالأحداث و الأفراد المشتبه بهم أو ضحايا الجرائم الجنسية و خصوصا من هم دون السن القانوني. 7- التحلي بالحكمة حول تسمية الأشخاص المشتبه بهم في قضايا جنائية قبل إصدار الأحكام القضائية. 8- الموازنة في توفير المحاكمة العدلة من ضمن حقوق المشتبه بهم وحقوق عامة الشعب الذين يحق لهم الإطلاع على مجريات الأحداث. ثالثا: التصرف باستقلالية يجب على الصحفيين أن يكونوا أحرار من أية التزامات تمنعهم من التركيز على أي اهتمامات غير التي يكون من حق العامة معرفتها. يجب على الصحفي: 1- تجنب التعارض في الاهتمامات و الحقائق أو الملاحظات. 2- البقاء بعيدا عن المنظمات أو الأنشطة التي يمكن أن تتعارض مع النزاهة أو تضعف المصداقية. 3- رفض الهدايا و المحاباة و ارلسوم و الرحلات المجانية و المعاملة الخاصة و التوظيف المشبوه و المشاركة السياسية و الخدمة العامة في منظمات المجتمع إذا كانت تتعارض مع النزاهة الصحفية. 4- الكشف و توضيح الأحداث المتداخله و النتعارضة التي لا يمكن تجنبها. 5- الحذر و الشجاعة عند المواجهة مع أصحاب السلطة. 6- رفض المعاملة الخاصة ن قبل المعلنين و الاهتمامات الخاصة ، و العتراض على الضغوط و التأثير الذي يمارسونه على التغطية الإخبارية. 7- أن يحرص من المصادر التي توفر المعلومات أو المحاباة مقابل المال ، و تجنب دفع الرشاوي من أجل الحصول على المعلومات. رابعا: التحلي بالمسئولية الصحفيون محاسبون من قبل قرائهم و مستمعيهم و نقادهم و الأفراد الآخرين. يجب عل الصحفي: 1- توضيح و شرح التغطية الإخبارية و لدعوة للحار مع عامة المجتمع حول المضمون و التغطية الصحفية. 2- تشجيع العامة للإعلان عن شكاويهم ضد الأخبار الإعلامية. 3- الاعتراف بالأخطاء و تصحيحها بطريقة مناسبة. 4- تجنب لممارسات الغير أخلاقية التي يمارسها الصخفيين و الإعلام . 5- الالتزام بنفس المعيير العالية التي يتوقعونها من غيرهم. وJournalistic Ethics Members of the society of Professional journalists believe that public enlightenment is forerunner of justice and the foundation of democracy. The duty of the journalist is to further those ends by seeking truth and providing a fair and comprehensive account of events and issues. Conscientious journalists from all media and specialties strive to serve the public with thoroughness and honesty. Professional integrity is the cornerstone of journalist's credibility members of the society share a dedication to ethical behavior and adopt this code to declare the society's principles and standards of practice. FIRST: SEEK TRUTH AND REPORT IT: Journalists should be honest, fair and courageous in gathering, reporting and interpreting information. Journalists should: 1-Test the accuracy of information from all sources and exercise care to avoid inadvertent error. Deliberate distortion is never permissible. 2- Diligently seek out subjects of news stories to give them opportunity to respond to allegations of wrongdoing. 3- Identify sources whenever feasible. The public is entitled to as much information as possible on sources' reliability. 4- Always question sources' motives before promising anonymity. Clarify conditions attached to any promise made in exchange for information. Keep promises. 5- Make certain that headlines, news teases and promotional material, photos, video, audio, graphics, sound bites and quotations do not misrepresent. They should not oversimplify or highlight incidents out of context. 6- Never distort the content of news photos or video. Image enhancement for technical clarity is always permissible. Label montages and photo illustrations. 7- Avoid misleading re-enactments or staged news events. If re-enactment is necessary to tell a story, label it. 8-Avoid undercover or other surreptitious methods of gathering information except when traditional open methods will not yield information vital to the public. Use of such methods should be explained as part of the story. Never plagiarize. 9- Tell the story of the diversity and magnitude of the human experience boldly, even when it is unpopular to do so. 10- Examine their own cultural values and avoid imposing those values on others. 11- Avoid stereotyping by race, gender, age, religion, ethnicity, geography, sexual, orientation, disability, physical appearance or social status. 12- Support the open exchange of views, even views they find requgnant. 13- Give voice to the voiceless; official and unofficial sources of information can be equally valid. 14- Distinguish between advocacy and news reporting. Analysis and commentary should be labeled and not misrepresent fact or context. 15- Distinguish news from advertising and shun hybrids that blur the lines between the two. 16- Recognize a special obligation to ensure that the public's business is conducted in the open and that government records are open to inspection. SECOND: MINIMIZE HARM Ethical journalists treat sources, subjects and colleagues as human beings deserving of respect. Journalists should: 1- Show compassion for those who may be affected adversely by news coverage. Use special sensitivity when dealing with children and inexperienced sources or subjects. 2- Be sensitive when seeking or using interviews or photographs of those affected by tragedy or grief. 3- Recognize that gathering and reporting information may cause harm or discomfort. Pursuit of the news is not a license for arrogance. 4- Recognize that private people have a greater right to control information about themselves than do public officials and others who seek power, influence or attention. Only an overriding public need can justify intrusion into anyone's privacy. 5- Show good taste Avoid pandering to lurid curiosity. 6- Be cautious about identifying juvenile suspects or victims of sex crimes. 7- Be judicious about naming criminal suspects before the formal filing of charges. 8- Balance a criminal suspect's fair trial rights with the public's right to be informed. THIRD: ACT INDEPENDENTLY Journalists should be free of obligation to any interest other than the public's to know. Journalists should: 1- Avoid conflicts of interest, real or perceived. 2- Remain free of associations and activities that may compromise integrity or damage credibility. 3- Refuse gifts, favors, fees, free travel and special treatment, and shun secondary employment, political involvement, public office and service in community organizations if they compromise journalistic integrity. 4- Disclose unavoidable conflicts. 5- Be vigilant and courageous about holding those with power accountable. 6- Deny favored treatment to advertisers and special interests and resist their pressure to influence news coverage. 7- Be wary of sources offering information for favors or money; avoid bidding for news. FOUR: BE ACCOUNTABLE Journalists are accountable to their readers, listeners, viewers and each other. Journalists should: 1- Clarify and explain news coverage and invite dialogue with the public over journalistic conduct. 2- Encourage the public to voice grievances against the news media. 3- Admit mistakes and correct them promptly. 4- Expose unethical practices of journalists and the news media. 5- Abide by the name high standards to which they hold others. [glow][glow]HOW TO BE A GOOD LISTNER :[/glow][/glow] 1- eye contact 2- do not interrupt 3- pay attention to your body language: Eye Hands gestures Body movement Voice: tone / base / volume 4- language skills: Pronunciation Clarity Phrase / rephrase your questions Good / simple vocabulary 5- be comfortable/ relax to make the other person comfortable 6- take good notes 7- ask questions/ ask for clarification/ demand example PROBLEMS FACING THE INTERVIER: 1- violating privacy: the interviewee has the write to avoid private questions. 2- interviewee's time stick to the time you assigned 3- language barrier: make sure to ask your questions with different words when you do not get the answer for your question. و HOWTO MAKE A GOOD INTERVIWE FIRST: BE WELL PREPARED: 1- select your topic and write it down. 2- select your interviewee and write his/name, his position, and why this person is important for your reader. Character Interviewee 3- research your topic to find information about your subject and about your interviewee (the person you will interview) through the following resources: The internet The library Newspaper archives People 4- write clearly the goal of your interview: What do we need the audience to know? What do we need to accomplish? Knowledge: To provide the reader with new information. To correct wrong information. To refresh your reader's your mind about old information. Attitudes: To change people's attitudes toward a person or an issue by building negative or positive feelings. To strengthen an existent attitudes or feeling that people have toward a person or an issue. Behavior: Your audience should perform an action such as the demonstration against Danish products after the publishing of cartons that insult prophet Mohammed or stooping the wrong people from abusing the public interest. Your audience starts to question talking for granted issues such as killing innocent people by the name of Islam. SECOND: IN THE FIELD OR AT THE WORK SETTING 1- Go to the place of the interview at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
