4- حبيت اسال في هالجبتر اذا بنطلع الـ PB والـ IRR بالنسبة للـ uneven cash flow .... شنو نسوي يعني شنو القانون؟؟؟

وعندنا في بعض التمارين بالنسبة للـ IRR نطلع حق اكثر من نسبة بس مادري شسالفة؟؟

 

5- لو تعطونا شرح مبسط لجبتر 12 بالنسبة للزيادة على I و NP و Long Term Lia
