Reasons of existence of Org

1. Org enlarge individual activities: Human beings are limited biologically as to what they can do as individuals.

2. Org satisfy social needs: people like to be involved in group activities.

3. Org save time: Any Org group can accomplish a task faster then a person doing it alone.

4. Org put together and save knowledge: Knowledge and information can share between members of Org.

5. Org provide for our needs and wants more effectively: Large Org have bigger facilities and more workers. There fore can provide goods and services to they customer when needed.

Formal Org

1. Well defined structure: Relationship between member of the Org are fined through power and authority.

2. Definite beginning in time 3. long life 4-Definite goals. 5-Division of work.

Informal : 1-Lossely defined structure. 2-Shorte life span 3- less well defined goals. 4-flexibility 5- smallness in size

Type of business activity/ Business size /Profit –oriented or not profit oriented / Legal status & ownership/ Public sector organization /Formal informal

Org need a structure so that their activities can be coordinated to achive Org objectives in an efficient and effective by the manager.

Type: Hirarchical Structure / Matrix Structure.

Divisive conflict factors: 1- Unfair allocation of resources 2- Interpersonal problem 3- differences in states and power 4- clashing objectives 5- differing values and beliefs.

Cooperation: is essential for a happy and successful life, both personally and professionally.

Manuals: 1- Financial Manual. 2-H.R 3-Administrative 4-Public relation 5- health and safety 6-quality 7-employee.

Job description: let them know full nature of their job and know their role in overall operations of the Org.
