@@دلوعه@@ Posted ابريل 16, 2009 Report Share Posted ابريل 16, 2009 قضت المحكمة الجنائية الصغرى الأولى برئاسة القاضي منصور إضرابوه بحبس آسيوي 6 أشهر مع النفاذ عن تهمة السرقة. كانت النيابة العامة قد وجهت للمتهم أنه قام وآخرين مجهولين بسرقة 40 قطعة ''سقالة''من أحد المنازل قيد الإنشاء، وكان أحد الأشخاص تقدم ببلاغ للشرطة يفيد بمشاهدته المتهم وبرفقته شخصين يقومون بسرقة الداعمات من المنزل المجاور لمنزله.
