اسيـــرة الاحزان Posted سبتمبر 25, 2010 Report Share Posted سبتمبر 25, 2010 طريقة تحضير العسل في البيت في قدر نحط 1كغ سكر و لترة الا ربع ماء نضعه على النار عندما يبدا في الغليان نضيف له قياس حبة حمص من الشبة و نحسب له 12 دقيقة اطفي النار و اتركيه يرتاح ليلة كاملة ثم نعسل به الحلويات مثل الزلابية و صوابع زينب البسبوسة العوامات.....
