CaramellaT_elBa7raiN Posted مايو 30, 2005 Report Share Posted مايو 30, 2005 (edited) Hello There Let's write about poeple who we think they made the history [ Adolf Hitler ] I think he is one from great history makers .. isn't it enough that he was the main reason of the World War 2 ?? Adolf Hitler was born on April 20, 1889, in the Austrian town of Braunau. He had talents as an artist, and he wanted to to study art, but they didn't accapt him. Hitler spent six years in Vienna, living on a small legacy from his father and an orphan's pension. He used to sleep in bars, flophouses, and shelters for the homeless. He took part in World War I, which Germany lost in it. Soon after the war, he joined German' Worker's Party.. He saw this party as a vehicle to reach his political ends. Through word of his mouth were said in the party's coffers, and subsequent mass meetings attracted hundreds of Germans eager to hear the young, forceful and hypnotic leader. Hitler organized the Nazi Patry. Later, he spent 5 years in the prison and he could write his famous book. Nazi Party was successful to get votes..and Hitler could captuer many votes, so he reached the president's chair. The World War II started in 1939 to put all German areas under the German shelter. At the end, Germany lost in the World War II Hitler killed himself on April 30, 1945. His long-term mistress and new bride, Eva Braun, joined him in suicide. I like to read about him because he used to hate Jews and consider them such a disguisting insects..and he used to love German and consider them the best poeple of the world..when he deb2d***ibed that even their blood is different from ours. Also, he was smart, but in bad places. I liked him mostly, when he comitted suside, because that It wasn't a weakness point. That was a sort of strength! CaramellaT_elBa7raiN Posted مايو 30, 2005 Author Report Share Posted مايو 30, 2005 (edited) [ Regina Harris Baiocchi ] Composer, poet and artist Regina Harris Baiocchi received an education as eclectic as her talents. She studied music at DePaul University, Roosevelt University, Illinois Institute of Design and at New York University. Regina Baiocchi writes instrumental and vocal music for opera, libretti, and concertos. Among Regina Baiocchi's distinctive compositions is Gbeldahoven: No One's Child, a one act opera written in 1996. In 1997, she produced Dreamhoppers, another one act opera which has been widely performed. Both works make use of varied musical traditions in order to express the multicultural nature of music. For Baiocchi, it is through music that the greatest strides in civil rights and cultural tolerance have been and will continue to be made. Regina Baiocchi's compositions have been performed by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Detroit Symphony Orchestra and at festivals nationwide. African Hands, an award-winning percussion concerto, was performed by the Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra. Her opera Good News Falls Gently was performed in 1995 at the Festival Incontri Musicali in Rome, Italy. CaramellaT_elBa7raiN Posted مايو 30, 2005 Author Report Share Posted مايو 30, 2005 [ Valentina Vladimirovna Tereshkova ][ The First Woman in Space ] Valentina Vladimirovna Tereshkova was born in 6th of March in nineteen thirty seven and was a Soviet cosmonaut and the first woman in space . She was on the Vostok 5 mission which launched on June 16, 1963 Valentina Tereshkova was given the title "Hero of the Soviet Union," received the Order of Lenin, and was honored with the United Nations Gold Medal of Peace. She never flew in space again. Tereshkova had been an expert in parachuting and a factory worker before she wrote to the Soviet space program, volunteering her service. On November 3, 1963, Tereshkova married another cosmonaut (Andrian Nikolayev, who also went into space). They had a daughter, Elena Andrionovna, who was born in 1964; Elena (now a doctor in Russia) was the first child born to parents who both went into space. Tereshkova went on to graduate from the Zhuykosky Air Force Engineering Academy in 1969, and in 1976, earned a degree in Technical Science. Isn't it intresting that women reached out space very early?
